A brilliant and daring teenage girl persuades her father to dust off his detective skills and help unravel the enigmatic circumstances surrounding her mother's unexpected death.

SYNOPSIS:

Act One

Two years after her mother’s death, Dakota finds evidence that someone downloaded information about her mother’s pickup before it crashed. Dakota runs away to Switzerland to investigate, followed by her father, John. They find no evidence and return to California. John then finds a clue unknown to his daughter that makes him believe her story.

Act Two

Dakota and John work independently to uncover the corporation connected to the mother’s death. They learn that the mother was involved in an international conspiracy that accidentally caused thousands of women to be sterilized. They must now work together to solve the crime without implicating the mother in international crimes.

Act Three

John and Dakota smoke out the corporation responsible for the mother’s death and then must defeat the man who carried out the mother’s murder without linking her to the criminal activity. The plot comes full circle when Dakota takes control of the car the murderer drives to save her father from certain death.
