The OC in Denang, Vietnam, where fighter pilots would often sneak into a bar where they would have drinks and meet their soviet fighter pilot counter parts in an agreed upon "neutral territory". When one of the drivers loses a wingman, he decides to plot his revenge with an assassination in the bar.
