PANDEMIC INVASION
By Rick Blackwell

GENRE: Sci-fi, Comedy
LOGLINE:

Every conspiracy, exaggeration, fact, and lie surrounding the pandemic becomes reality when two friends discover that aliens are using the pandemic to prepare the world for an invasion.

SYNOPSIS:

Junior and Ja'quanza are best friends and have been since 4th grade. They have a unique perspective on life and current events. So when the pandemic started, it was just a minor inconvenience. Holding different views than Grandpa, they embraced the whole bat soup distraction. In fact, they wanted to try some. While at Walmart shopping for bats, the toilet paper crisis of 2020 took place. Trapped in a world of crazy people desperate for toilet paper, they managed to escape with a mere roll and a half. As time went on, the mandates changed as frequently as the weather, causing the friends to always be a step behind the current mandates. Squads of mask Nazi's began to comb the neighborhoods, looking for the maskless. After a meal and a fight at Popeye's, the boys returned home anxious to learn what the newest conspiracy theory was. Soon everything was locked down except the large chain stores, where the virus was unable to comprehend the one-door concept. Soon the virus adapted and was able to know that if a large chain store had more than 500 people inside, it could sneak past security and get in. As vaccines quickly became a reality, they were pushed upon the masses. Soon, the vaccines were mandated, and citizens rights began to disappear. As conspiracies and reality seemed to intertwine, things became clear to the boys. This was a complete governmental takeover by demons and aliens to turn people into transhuman slaves. And it was the family's duty to stop them.
