Criminals rob a Georgian house to find the residents are eccentric hippies who shun modern society with no resources for online banking so hatch a plan to obtain funds via a real time live performance.
SYNOPSIS:
Armed robber Bart fresh out of prison reinvents himself as a pimp with a new A team of bent tax officials, crooked cab drivers and white-collar seeds he met inside. Puppeteer Bart controls a vulnerable young woman who turns tricks but she also has an alias working part time in the jewelry department of a store.
Jodie desperately wants to escape but cannot see anyway out so finds solace in the arms of her privileged clandestine lover who has secrets and surprises of her own.
The criminals break into a Georgian house in leafy up market London only to discover the occupants are an eccentric couple who shun modern society living without even the use of technology or social media. Bricks and mortar rich but seemingly cash poor the crooks are unable to get their hands on any money by the usual means so a plan is hatched to gain funds via a real time live performance.
It's showtime! With a bit of grit, the personal touch and a couple of master cards Bart's team pull a fast one. Afterwards Bart plans to leave and trades Jodie in to work of her debt with another man but there is a saying, "The show ain't over till the fat lady sings."
