Hey, guys, I'm needing some advice. I have created a tv show and have registered it with WGA-- so I think my idea is safe. Right? I have a producer who is interested in creating the pilot and helping me move this forward. Here's the thing that makes me nervous-- what do I pay him? What kind of percentage does he deserve? Also, he says that he had a similar idea years ago and this has always been on his bucket list to do. So, I love that he feels strongly about the concept, but how do I protect myself? Any input will be so appreciated. Thanks!

Great news! Our film, "The Review - A Fatal Frame Fan Film" just got officially selected to be a part of the 23rd annual Twin Rivers Media Festival and the Depth Of Field International Film Festival Competition! Our new film banner has awards all the way around! More updates on "Fatal Frame" related things as well as the new movie are on the way soon for 2017!

Starting off December right with our award trophy from the Los Angeles Horror Competition arriving in the mail! We're also working on a few follow up bonus videos to finish off our "Fatal Frame" fan film saga. If you're a fan of the games, be sure to subscribe to the Babs Do Productions Youtube channel. Aside from that, we're well underway with getting our next big project off the ground, a new feature film! I want to tell everybody everything but we have to keep things under wraps for now. I can say that it's going to be something pretty special, so stay tuned for more!

Update - April 11 2016 It's been a busy time at Babs Do Productions! We currently have our new film, "The Review - A Fatal Frame Fan Film", submitted to over a dozen film festivals for consideration, we've been traveling all up and down California, Nevada, and New Mexico looking for locations and inspiration, and we have our first big feature film in the works! We just finished the first major draft and are currently putting together the second draft, which shouldn't take very long at all. As we said, we've been looking for locations and have found a lot of great options and we're gearing up to go back to Las Vegas for the NAB 2016 convention next week. We know that any camera we look at for the feature film will be 4K resolution and RAW capable at minimum and we're eagerly awaiting any new announcements to come before and during the convention. There's currently a backlog of requests to network here on Stage32 and, rest assured, we will go through and add people once we get a bit of time to sort through everybody and we encourage more Stage32 members to send requests as we never know who we might need for our current and future projects! :)

The moment you've all been waiting for is here! Episode 4, the exciting conclusion to "The Review" is now live on Youtube along with the special bonus surprise we mentioned... The "Speed Run Editions"! These are edited versions of the film which focus on the main narrative and abbreviate the sometimes lengthy videogame review parts of the film and leave only the most basic and most important parts for story's sake. Now knowing more about the "Fatal Frame" series with the regular editions, you can enjoy rewatching "The Review" just for the laughs and scares of the cinematic narrative. Hey guys, with the release of "Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water" for the Nintendo Wii U today, I'm announcing the episodic release of my "Fatal Frame" fan film, "The Review"! We're just putting the finishing touches on it and the first episode should be online soon. Stay tuned for more and additional info will be posted on our social media sites under Babs Do Productions. It was a ton of fun to make and we hope you guys like it!

Time to for a new update on Stage32! All of our major updates have been posted on our website and main social media pages but I'll summarize our progress so far here. We've had a very busy time at Babs Do Productions putting together a new live action project as well as our animated project to launch in 2015. We're looking to gain a great deal of interest from all around the industry this year and, if you would like to be involved, the best thing that you can do is keep Babs Do Productions in mind and stay tuned for more updates by following us on our other social networks and occasionally checking for updates on our website. Lastly, I wanted to mention our company's contact e-mail: Contact@BabsDoProductions.com. This is our preferred e-mail for all business related discussion and as our disclaimer states, we are only working on our in-house productions at this time but if you're looking for crew or on camera talent, then by all means shoot us an e-mail and let us know what you need. Recently, a Stage32 member reached out to us to cast me in the lead role in his summer film. Not only was I flattered but I was genuinely interested and wanted to know more about the project. Now, I can't guarantee that my brother and I will be able to perform and/or crew on every film but we would be honored to be included or at least help out if we can. We are both currently non-union and have no problems traveling if the right project calls for it. So, as of right now we're looking forward into getting back to work on our current projects after a fun and exciting week at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) convention in Las Vegas. We'll be posting pictures and some additional observations on our social media pages in the coming days. There's a lot of product materials to go through and a good deal of new products to look into for use in our productions. As always, stay tuned!
