When Dave decides to reveal his secret, deep love for his childhood friend Annabelle, a cosmic event makes everything go black. Rediscovering their relation and each other seems to be the only way out of darkness. 

SYNOPSIS:

Another night out for good, long-time friends Dave and Annabelle. At the bar when they end up Dave, a bit tipsy, confesses to Annabelle he has actually strong feelings for her since their teenage years. They separate having had a small fight. The next day Dave tries to see Annabelle during his break when suddenly a weird cosmic event, a total eclipse of some sort takes place. As people start panic and Dave hasn’t yet reached Annabelle he decides to go to his parents' house. While there he receives a call from Annabelle that makes him worry and he decides to go to her place and see what's happening as people have started looting houses and attacking others. Dave convinces Annabelle and her family to go over to his place as it is safer and so they do. While there, the electricity goes off and Dave receives a phone call from his good friend Jeff whom they saw last night that he’s in trouble. When he takes the decision to drive up to his house and get him back Annabelle decides to follow.

On the way various things will happen including having his father’s car stolen after an incident with some bad guys so the two are forced to continue on foot. On their way to Jeff’s family house Dave talks again about his feelings for Annabelle in a calmer way but Annabelle doesn’t seem to like this whole thing and tries to leave. A weird incident with Dave makes the too pic up the pace and they reach Jeff’s house. There they find no one. On top of that everything seems deserted, no people around and an absolute darkness. Suddenly strange beams from the sky make them realize something serious and bizarre goes on and tired as they are they lie down to rest.

There, Dave continues the discussion, he talks about his love for Annabelle and when she finally admits some feelings towards him Dave tells her once more how he loves her, they argue about selfishness, fear of love and how this is the best moment for coming together. They fall asleep on the sofa. When they wake up, the sun is up again and everything seems normal though they quickly realize this isn't exactly the world they knew.
