SUZAN CROWLEY began acting with The National Youth Theatre Great Britain, thenceforth to study at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. She has since appeared in London’s West End in Under The Greenwood Tree, Sugar Dollies and The Heidi Chronicles and in repertory theatre throughout the UK. In LA, her theatre appearances include Macbeth, Hamlet, Phaedra, Clue, It’s A Wonderful Life and the one woman show St Valentine’s Day Masochism. Suzan’s extensive film work includes The Devil Inside, The Draughtsman’s Contract, Success is The Best Revenge and Born of Fire.
Amongst numerous TV appearances she was a series regular on The Knock, BackUp, Devices & Desires, Bergerac & Dennis Potter’s Christabel, and appearances in All of Us and Liz & Dick. In 2009 Suzan produced the feature Wild About Harry which won Best of Fest at Palm Springs International Film Festival and in 2013 Suzan won an AudioFIle Earphone Award for narrating Mademoiselle Boleyn. She is very proud to mentor with BAFTA and The Inner City Shakespeare Ensemble. Suzan lives in LA with husband and fellow actor Tony Armatrading.
