METRO CARD
By Norman D. Golden II

GENRE: Drama, Comedy
LOGLINE:

A rotating ensemble of MTA workers, regular commuters, and performers form odd friendships as they navigate the gritty, funny, and chaotic underworld of the NYC subway system.

SYNOPSIS:

"MetroCard" dives deep beneath the streets of New York City into the chaotic, bizarre, and often hilarious world of the subway system — a microcosm of the city's sprawling diversity. Through the eyes of a rotating ensemble of MTA workers, regular commuters, and eccentric subway performers, this sitcom captures the absurd rhythm and underground humanity of the city that never sleeps.

At the heart of the show is Roosevelt Station, a fictional central hub where lives intersect daily — some by fate, others by schedule. It’s a place where anything can happen: musicians duel for turf, track workers debate philosophy, and rats might steal your bagel if you're not paying attention.
