I'm taking my NY theater, film and television acting experience, completed screenplays, treatments and my hard drive with a my sci-fi short, "Meri, Mary, Mari" requiring editing. Hi. My name is Michele Cannon. I'm a filmmaker, actress, writer based in New York. I've been given an incredible story which I knew had to be done. Based upon actual events. Truly exciting because it involves a serial killer who was never caught. She did serve 2 years for attempted manslaughter for assaulting a police detective. The film takes place in the drugging, boozing, sexing 70s. Imagine the soundtrack! We've discovered an extraordinarily beautiful Japanese actress/model to play the lead. The lead character iwill be one of the most complicated to appear on the big screen. Think Basic Instinct meets Fatal Attraction meets Snow Falling On Cedars. Because there is the thematic element of Japanese internment , we would like to co-produce with a Japanese producer/production company. The screenplay is entitled Fish Eyes. Mary time travels to inform yet another parallel self, Mari, a soldier struggling to survive in a post-apocalyptic world, about the encounter.
