"Chances"... long time co-conspirators/partners, Suzzette and Jake party and plan, plan and party their way to launch a mini-international satellite news/entertainment service out of a rum shop/studio on the small island of St.Vincent using their experience running a snow-bound version in Canada. Suzzette brings the intelligence, flair, beauty, and the socially smooth skills that get things done... while Jake is just there as a silent threat and creative mastermind. All's well... until a society of white guys launch several streams of hatred designed to steal water resources to build a fake cancer cure  while stoking local racial conflict and ensure the theft of the the satellite license for their side.
