SYNOPSIS:

METH PIRATE TOWN is a fast-paced comedy about the antics of a slumlord, drug dealer, and pornographer named Frank Fernandez. When his left eye goes out from one of his nine terminal illnesses, Frank kicks his shady operations into high gear, determined to establish his underground empire no matter what. To help carry out his plans, Frank hires an attractive young secretary named Peggy. This makes Frank’s ex-wife, Dixie, jealous. Well known to Frank, Dixie has ongoing affairs with a number of police officers. Frank’s master plan includes manufacturing his new invention: meth lab lube. With Peggy’s help, he sets up a meth lube factory at one of his residential properties known as the Lesbian Mansion. He also sets up proper meth labs in each of the apartment complexes he owns. Minor characters quickly fall into the web of Frank's methamphetamine-drenched slumlord dealings. Meanwhile, two cops sleeping with Dixie begin to gather conclusive evidence about Frank’s operations. Frank’s health deteriorates rapidly and he ends up unconscious in a hospital. Just before the police arrive at the hospital to question Frank, he escapes. That night, Frank visits all the meth labs in town, ingesting meth and blowing up the premises on a destructive rampage. Frank’s last stop is the Lesbian Mansion. He’s followed by Dixie and the cops are hot on the trail, ready for a final showdown with the perverse empire builder of the underworld.
