About Quincy

Hailing from the sleepy Asian ‘burbs of Diamond Bar, CA, Quincy Cho (she/her) is a multi-hyphenate writer/actor/creator. She has appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Shameless, and national commercials for Jack-in-the-Box, Samsung, and Bud Light’s Clio-nominated “Last Year’s Lemons” Super Bowl ad. Most recently, she worked on Sonoro Media’s upcoming K-drama romcom podcast series as a co-writer. She credits much of her success to her previous experience in web comics as a producer and quality control editor.
Quincy has studied and performed comedy with house teams on the mainstages of UCB and iO West. In 2019, she was awarded the NBC/Second City Hollywood Bob Curry Fellowship and showcased her work as a writer/performer in the 3rd Annual LA Diversity Comedy Festival. She is also a SuperSpecial’s inaugural TRIBE Writers Fellow, 2021 Sundance Episodic Lab Second Rounder, and 2020 WAN Writers Workshop winner.
The resident black sheep of her immigrant family, Quincy graduated cum laude from Boston College with a degree in Theater and an almost degree in English. Now, in her free time, she enjoys pole dancing, kickboxing, and donuts. She is a first-generation, bi Korean American and a sugar daddy to her eight-year-old dog and deaf white cat.
