SYNOPSIS:

Based on a true story (and using his real music), this shows the rise and fall of a musician who once opened for Dave Matthews, was happily in a 14 year relationship with the woman of his dreams, and was living and breathing his passion for music everyday. Cut to years later. All of this was shattered when his 14 year relationship ended, he became addicted to pain medication due to a back injury, and was a hermit living alone in the mountains of Virginia with his dog, no running water and a house full of mold. At 54 he started to forget things; the beginning of his early onset dimentia. Having lost everything dear to him, and incapable of taking care of himself, he is whisked away to a facility in Arizona to live out the rest of his life under the care of others. No memory. No home. No words. No music. Except for his own, which the nurses play for him, in hopes of providing him comfort or perhaps a chance at remembering the life he once had.
