I have been the Police technical adviser on several features including American Gagster, A Perfect Murder and Dirty Old Town . I also acted in those 3 films. I am available to review scripts , technical advice on your film or act

What area of town are you in? I have taken class at MANY places and have my favorites for different reasons. But I can suggest a favorite that's closer to you and not all the way across town. What kind of class are you hoping for? Scene Study, on camera, audition technique, etc.?

I think you've done and excellent job here! This is light years better than most reels I've seen. If I had it my way, I would trim down the crying scene where you're tied to a chair. I would start it just before he tries to touch you for the first time and asks if you're alright. When I got to that scene, I could tell you were a good actress, but I was getting antsy for the reel to move forward. And I would MAYBE consider moving that to after the scene after it. Other than that, I think it's fantastic. Congrats!

Yes, create it now. Don't get it done by a big expensive company as you will hopefully be adding to it soon. See if you can learn to edit it together by learning through youtube, or having a friend do it. If your reel is showcasing good work, then it can get you that next job to add to it. However, if the little you have does not show you in your best light, it's better to wait. Hope this helps.

As someone who works on low budget films and has occasionally been involved in casting, I'd say create what you can now but look for ways to be able to revise, add or remove material, as easily as you can. Also based on show reels I've seen in the past, I'd suggest using the 'less is more' approach. That is , to the degree possible, hit the high spots and omit as much as you can without compromising your performance.
