Four geriatrics - a Caucasian, a Chinese, a Puerto Rican and an African American - all forced to live under the same roof.

SYNOPSIS:

Set in present day California, this comedic series will start off with three geriatrics all living under the same roof in richman land Palm Springs - one hispanic, one African American and one Asian - a truly multiracial and multicultural fest. They are somehow related; it's complicated. But that's not the worst part. Want to know what's worse? They're senior citizens, they have nothing to live for, and they're all grumpy.
