A teenage loner with a third arm uses his extra appendage to commit acts of villainy and retaliate against his tormentors, but when he befriends other outcasts he learns that ultimately he is his own worst enemy.

SYNOPSIS:

Tristan was born with three arms. Now thirteen and sick of being tormented he takes inspiration from comic book villains and uses his extra appendage to retaliate against the bullies.

But in doing so he meets Peanut, a boy who, unlike Tristan, aspires to be a "freak". The pair become best friends as Peanut is on hand to dispense wisdom about self-love, how it's perfectly normal to be weird, and how it's not really masturbating if you use your elbows.

But when Peanut unexpectedly dies from an enlarged heart, Tristan once again finds himself alone, contemplating his own existence, and facing off against the town bullies one final time without his best friend by his side.
