I’m Michael Gossette and we have written an action/drama called Smoke on the Water. This is a Days of Thunder on the water story. The movie starts with our protagonist former pro racer now Sheriff LUKE KAISER doing everything in his power to keep his determined son, JEFF, from racing in the world’s deadliest sport. Racing is in the family’s blood and Jeff will not be denied at competing and winning the one race that has killed his beloved grandfather. Jeff has convinced his father’s old racing crew to join him on his quest. This further widens the deep fissure between father and son. When Jeff is seriously injured in the semis of the last race, Luke is forced to get behind the wheel once again or face his wounded son’s ill advised, fatal attempt at glory. Will the family finally raise the checkered flag or die trying?
