The budget of $3.75M to avoid any cost overruns is according to the Sag-Aftra Theatrical Contracts covering motion pictures intended for the theatrical market, but, I can put it in the CAN for $20M. When you consider that this low budget for a Global Market will generate a ROI for a minimum of $50M, it just makes sense to finance this debut film I have created and scripted. My plan is to record the Sound Track first, as there are many Musicians and the Public-at-Large and only a few out of 41 compositions has been recorded and getting airtime today! Sales from the Album first before any trailers will create better box office receipts and offset the cost of the Production. Now that a bill has been passed for the Washington Film Works from $3.5M to $10M for the next ten years I can apply for a portion of those funds to fund the Pre-Production costs.
