A superhero is banished to Earth without his powers, memory or girl so the last thing he wants to do is be heroic again, but when his arch enemy shows up, the only way to get his girl back may be just that.
SYNOPSIS:
A man was a super hero in another galaxy, but he was banished to Earth. Now he’s Joe Blow in Pittsville and his arch enemy Giovanni Black is here too - raising the ranks in politics in DC. As occurrences in Joe’s life trigger flashbacks to his super hero past it dawns on him that unless he stops Black from gaining power the world is headed for Armageddon. But… he has to stop him as a very, very normal humanoid. As Joe sets about the task of stopping Black, he unwittingly mirrors the same story line as 5,000 years ago on his previous planet - meaning we get flashbacks of the past super hero battle between him and Black - when they had their Super powers, and we see how that story exactly follows the path of his present Earthbound story. Joe has terrible De Ja Vu throughout and the feeling he is stuck in a story with no way to make his own future. The biggest problem is his most recurring flashback where at the end of his super hero life he saves that planet from Black, but then is stripped of his power and banished. It’s up to Joe Blow to save the world from destruction, and save himself from becoming the victim of an old story line!
