A strong-willed survivalist is hired by the W.H.O. to locate their lead researcher who is close to discovering the cure to a virus that decimated New York City but uncovers a major plot by a desperate father whose daughter was murdered to eradicate evil from humanity and may just find the answers about her past she is most searching for.
