A woman in the man's world of auto body repair fights City Hall to keep a hot pink Mustang, filled with wildflowers, as part of her Shop's sign after the City declares it a violation of the Junk Car Ordinance. Inspired by true events that divided the town of Baytown, Texas in 1994.
