During a government experiment to find a new sustainable power source, three kids were lost, accidentally getting into the reactor room as the generator activated, the experiment failed, however, these children gained special powers. Sarah could run at the speed of light and react to almost anything. Amber gained incredible strength, Daniel can control fire, to a degree. What they don't know is that their genes could hold the key to man kinds survival, at great cost to themselves, can these teens ever be more than Outlaws?
