In a city besieged with gangs, corrupt cops and politicians; an old superhero is forced out of retirement to train a younger man to take his place.

SYNOPSIS:

DOUGLAS KEITH, was once the dark hero known as the WRAITH, the scourge of Metro City’s criminal underworld, but that was a long time ago. It’s been over 30 years since Doug last put on his “working clothes.” Since then, the city has fallen to street gangs and the mob who each are vying for control of the city. With the gangs paying off the cops and the mob controlling the politicians there is no place to turn for justice. Then comes KEVIN MCDUFFIE, a brilliantly tech savvy kid, from the wrong side of the tracks, who, after escaping pursuit by some local gang members, stumbles across one of the Wraith’s old lairs.Donning the Wraith’s old costume and gadgets Kevin goes after the street gang that has been terrorizing his neighborhood. The media and the public begin to take note of the city’s new street champion, but so do the mob and the original Wraith’s old enemies. Doug tracks Kevin down to try to put a stop to his crime fighting before he gets himself killed, but Kevin refuses to listen. Kevin refuses to give up on his city as everyone else, including Doug,already have. Reluctantly Doug decides that the only way to give Kevin a fighting chance in surviving his new vocation is to begin training him, if not for his own good then for the good of the city.
