SYNOPSIS:

The Devil's Hour Ripper has terrorized the county for decades. Locals believe him to be supernatural, consuming the souls of his victims. In most cases, it's just urban legends and old ghost stories. Unfortunately for his victims, it's true. Every bit of it. He traps his victims in a dimension between ours, and the land of the dead. Forcing them to witness his future reign of terror, while experiencing their own. A new set of targets are in his sights. His victims on the other side try to warn them, but are dismissed as "ghosts". Little do they know, that's what The Devil's Hour Ripper wants. A little "atmosphere" before the kill. Killed off one by one, they join the former victims in the other dimension. Figuring out new ways to get through to our world, preventing new victims. Normally that doesn't work, until now... The Devil's Hour Ripper isn't pleased. Neither are his gatekeepers in the other dimension. (A different take on a slasher film. From the perspective of the killer's dead victims in the afterlife, watching him continue, but doing what they can to stop him)
