The big news is I have finished my first full length motion picture screenplay! It has taken me two years to get everything perfect, but I can honestly say, I'm very proud of the result. It is definitely a one of a kind, unique story, set in the Mystery/Thriller genre. If anyone is interested, feel free to reach out. (jokerstown@neo.rr.com).
I also work a lot in digital media, and just about anything related to the IT field. I also had some small acting parts along the way.
Enough about me, I'm interested in hearing more about your stories. Why you're here, your projects, etc. I'm looking for some like-minded people to socialize with, maybe bounce ideas off of. With that being said, a big hello to you all, and fire away!

Brian Mills , I'm thinking somewhere in between. My script will rely more on top notch acting as opposed to fancy sets. It's a detective type thriller.
Glad you shared, Michael! Hope to see you more active.
nice!
I just saw "Coming Home" on Amazon: well done! Very well written, acted and produced!
I'm very glad that you liked it! :)
I realize there are more traditional choices. But at this point I need a very, very cost effective option. If you have the item by item cost (approx.) that would also help. Thank you.

Expand commentChris- Really appreciate the knowledge you just provided. I had most of my research done on the Iphone camera package. However this is news that similar results can be gotten with a Samsung Galaxy. I am taking a page out of Dov S-S Simmons No Film School by going with his Step by Step method to shoot, edit and produce a 90 page script for $5000. The key to it is one location, all interiors, no A listers, no crowd scenes or SFX. And as a screenwriter it falls on me to come up with an engaging story with compelling characters. All the scripts I have written since I started writing in August of 2014 have NONE of these ELEMENTS. So getting all the equipment costs down is very important. I was going to focus in on a Family in a House. Or a restaurant or any kind of store. Coming up with story and character arcs I can do. But almost all my scripted work as been in the Comedy, Sci-Fi or animation genres. So this is going to be a challenge. But If you look at my Profile Page and see my family history and where I live I do have some connections and resources I can call on. My (2) biggest obstacles are my age(64) and finding the $$. But I will make it happen. Thank you for sharing. SHA
Thanks Chris we all give each other experience, strength and hope. That is what Stage 32 is all about. The greatest creative fellowship created since the Bard had the gang over for Mutton and Ale to talk shop. Amen.
Hello Everyone! I just relocated to Orlando, FL from Las Vegas. I am in post on my first feature (micro budget horror), but I am starting to put fellers out for the next project. If you are doing indie film in the Central Florida area, please hit me up and we can connect!
Hey Brian, thanks for checking in. Looking forward to the feature!
Thanks guys, I appreciate it. I've been talking for years about doing something, and finally took the plunge. It has been quite an experience! (for better or worse)...
All of these clips were shot by Brian Mills, Director of Photography and President of Big Idea Productions.
