SYNOPSIS:

Michael Mohoric discovered he was blessed with a rare and unique gift for healing animals and people while recovering from a serious spinal cord injury. With his incredible healing gift, he has helped thousands of suffering animals in shelters and private homes. His extraordinary ability allows him to work on all the animals in a shelter simultaneously.

Michael has over 233,000 avid Facebook fans and thousands of positive testimonials on his page. He also has over 1,000 endorsements on Linkedin, many from people in the health care field. He is constantly called on for a variety of cases involving all kinds of animals needing help. He once was called to a zoo to do a healing for a sick orangutan and a lion suffering from anxiety.

The show would be very heartfelt and uplifting. The animal’s caregivers would show a lot of emotion during the show and would be overjoyed at the improvement in their animals.

Each episode is a stand-alone. The first part of the show will be a visit to the shelter showing the actual healing process and then a revisit about a week later showing the animals and interviewing the caregivers about the amazing improvement in the animals.

These 2 episode examples are taken from actual healings Michael conducted. The second one is videotaped and the sizzle reel link is included below.

Michael gets a call from Laurel to work on a horse. When he arrives at Laurel's ranch she is visibly emotional and tells her sad story. The horse was rescued from a remote facility North of Los Angeles. The owner was breeding some beautiful Arabian horses. The owner died leaving the horses without food. Five horses died from starvation, leaving two horses barely alive and very emaciated and traumatized. Laurel and a friend took in the two remaining horses and named them Coco and Beau.

Laurel brought Coco to her ranch with about 15 other horses she owned. Laurel clearly shows great concern and explains Coco was very traumatized and had not moved from the same spot in

several days. Beau was at her friend's ranch doing the same thing. Laurel says in 20 years of horsemanship she has never seen horses exhibit this kind of behavior. Horses are very social and Coco was not interacting with the other horses. It is a very sad sight to see. Her head is hanging very low, almost touching the ground, and her ribs are prominently protruding from her side.

Michael starts his healing session and Coco is about 30 feet away. Within 10 minutes Coco raises her head and slowly moves towards him. Soon her head was almost touching his. Michael could feel the warm breath of Coco on his neck. Laurel says it is amazing and the first time Coco has moved since she rescued him. After the session Coco is walking around the arena.

After a week we return to Laurel's to get feedback. She is obviously very touched and happy with the results. She explains Coco is incredibly better after the healing. She is eating well and interacting with the other horses. After a month Laurel reports Coco has gained her weight back and has learned to let herself out of her own stall and shown the other horses how to also do it. Laurel has since renamed Coco, Houdini.

Next Episode is at a rescue shelter where Michael does a healing for all the severely handicapped dogs. We can see changes in the dog’s behavior during the session and later the caregiver gives an exciting and emotional report on the positive changes in the animals. Sizzle reel link below.

There is tremendous interest and many popular shows now on the supernatural and animals. The Animal Healer could appeal to both of these audiences. Although there are many veterinarian shows, this show would focus on the supernatural aspect of energy healing. As of now there isn’t a show that does this. The show could help make viewers want to adopt animals and raise donations for shelters. There is also the possibility of doing healing for celebrity’s pets.

Catherine Keithley, the Director of Development at Brian Graden Media, was very interested in the show but couldn’t convince her boss. She wrote this after a Skype pitch, “Very very interesting area of work Michael does. This is the exact kind of content I’m looking to be pitched so thank you Stage 32! Michael has a very powerful story healing animals, I was blown away by his work. Pitch was very clear and concise. Michael gave great examples of stories on how he heals animals. He did a great job.”

My profile didn't mention animals, but I grew up with and love and communicate with animals, and have created successful dog pairings because no dog likes to be alone.
