A naïve lawyer dies at a party, but is reborn as a powerful spirit with the help of a guide to save the world from Karma's interference caused by his scientist friend, who is in love with her.

SYNOPSIS:

Alma dies in a 'rave', invited by her hippie friend, to vent for having caught her boyfriend (a famous lawyer) with her best friend in bed, but she is reborn in spirit form with the help of a mysterious Guide.

Transformed into ANIMA, she will learn to move in a new world with new skills/powers of possession and transfer. She will have 49 days to resolve her mission, then she will have to transcend or reincarnate.

In the investigation of her homicide led by a “bad lieutenant” type woman inspector, participates her scientist friend Luis, platonically in love with Alma. He has discovered how to use the infinite energy of Karma, but by manipulating it, he leads, without knowing it, the world to the Apocalypse.

ANIMA will seek to find out who killed her and why in order to take revenge, while the Guide will try to get her to eliminate Karma's interference. Luis' ruthless corporate allies will want to continue to benefit from this free new source of energy.

ANIMA gradually discovers that everyone around her, including her cranky father, was hiding something from her.
