When his protege stepson is kidnapped, a retired drug pilots' past comes back in ways he never thought of and he's forced to fly 'one last mission' in order to save him and his family all the while unaware who to trust.

SYNOPSIS:

Dorn is a pioneer in the drug trafficking industry,however when his mentor is killed in a deadly ambush Dorn is able to escape. He decides that this life is not for him and is able to make a life for himself as a "legit" pilot. For 15 years he lived a quiet life as a commercial pilot flying clients and freight around the Midwest.

Willy is Dorn's stepson and protege and just happens to be the name stake of Dorn's mentor. When Dorn's past in the form of Damian shows up demanding that Dorn makes one last flight with Willy, Dorn refuses. Damian retaliates by kidnapping Willy and threatening to do the same to Dorn's Wife (Willy's mom) and daughter. Dorn enlists the help of a friend ex-DEA agent Billy Doyle. Together Doyle and Dorn make a plan to nab Damian.

Deciding to play along with Damian's plan Dorn and Willy face a barrage of obstacles in their journey to South America and back all along unaware the betrayal they face we the return. A last minute change completely reverses the story-line forcing Dorn to trust his one-time friend turned enemy or seek out the real mastermind behind his sudden reemergence as a "Runner".
