Malice, (30's), the host, and a psychopath, promises Marci will reach one million followers, but at what price?

Trapped, two friends dead, Marci watches as a Dark Shadow with pitch black eyes chases the others through a maze.

Marci's boyfriend escapes, but returns to the maze when he's told Marci carries his unborn son.

A social media mob mentality ensues when Malice asks Marci's followers to vote on whether she lives or dies.

With more than seven million followers, her remaining friends mauled and killed by the Dark Shadow, Marci pleads for her life, but her new online contacts vote for a kill.

Malice taunts Marci. She rams the heel of her shoe in his eye, flees into the maze as the Dark Shadow takes chase. Malice catches up, she rams the bloody heel of her shoe into his carotid. Numb, emotionless, she watches him bleed out, steps over the threshold of the maze, then disappears.

In the B&B, Marci removes her 'Virtual Reality Headset'.

Marci tells Malice it may take her some time to shake off that this wasn't real. She really thought people online cared about her, yet , so many wanted her dead. She's just glad it's all over, then freezes when Malice's eyes switch to the pitch black, cavernous eyes of the Dark Shadow.
