The future of mankind depends upon the construction of cities in the sky but the only man who can make it all happen, the famous Adrien Rousseau, suddenly goes missing. It is up to Azzan, a troubled missing person's detective, to find this man before everything falls apart and humanity destroys itself.

SYNOPSIS:

Imagine a gritty, R-rated, post-apocalyptic sci-fi/mystery set 200 years into the future. The world is in a precarious state. Climate change has rendered the survival of the human race uncertain. Conditions on the ground become more unstable as, XKON, the largest corporate consortium in the world begins construction of the first city in the sky named Haya - a last ditch effort and a new hope for humanity. Years later Haya is a resounding success. It is a statement of both mankind’s ingenuity and its perseverance in the face of insurmountable challenges. Curiously however, the construction of additional sky cities has yet to be decided.

The world is now split in two. Those above, the social elites aided by their former refugee workforce, and those below who are now more of a nuisance than a species worth saving. The fate of the remaining refugees on the ground rests in the hands of one Adrien Rousseau, a former refugee himself who has risen through the political ranks and now stands as a bridge between the two divisions of humanity.

At a critical moment during his campaign to raise funds and rally support for the construction of more cities, Rousseau mysteriously disappears leaving the fate of the refugees below in question. As the world quickly spirals into a state of social unrest, it falls to Azzan Yonatan-Iyad, a missing person's detective with demons of his own, to find the people responsible for Rousseau's disappearance and ultimately track down Rousseau before the world descends completely into chaos threatening millions of lives both on the ground and in the sky.
