Then, he went to the dorm of a couple who he had given relationship advice to earlier and gets some advice from them. They tell him to look in his high school yearbook and look for Janice's inscription in the back of it. Jon does this and finds her inscription and goes to her dorm and takes the yearbook with him.
Then, he visits Janice at her dorm and he apologizes to her for neglecting her. Janice sees that Jon has his high school yearbook in his hand and Jon tells her that he found her inscription in the back of it and the two collegians have a conversation about their high school years. Then, Jon asks Janice if she forgives him and she does and Jon asks her if he would like to go to see The O'Jays in concert and she agrees and they tell each other that they love each other and end the conversation with a long, passionate kiss. Then, the couple go to the music room where The O'Jays perform a small concert with a large group of couples from Temple University.
