The Bouldress Castle a fifteen story high rise in herited by a Swiss born engineer. but in this old style apartment each floor has a special story with each family or single person having some kind of dramatic disposition in there life.

SYNOPSIS:

ALEX, MS MILLS ( THE NANNY) , LYDIA AND HANSEL ( THE COUPLE ON THE FIFTH FLOOR, THE MAILMAN,

THE BOULDRESS CASTLE

Opening :

Alex is walking from the city while he just walked out of the glass upholstery store. He had just bought a new style couch and

is redecorating his apartment. While walking a couple of streets through the city he notices the construction around his neighborhood.

The kids are running by him and from afar he sees the Bouldress Castle. To him it reminds him of a forgotten home from the 1800. He walks through the door and heads up to his floor.

Scene 1: Nanny ( Ms Mills)

Enters nanny ( Ms Mills)

Nanny: Hello, Alex had a nice walk?

Alex: yeah , I did Ms.. mills

Nanny: oh by the way I had some trouble with mail do you think you can look into that?

Alex: I could but you know the mail is not my job im just a manager and not the mail man

Nanny: Thank you I would really appreciate it. its been a while since I had asked you for any favors im sure you can figure something out.

Alex: will get back to you

Enters Lydia ( the cougar)

Lydia: Hi can you get out of my way! ( yelling)

while Lydia is getting off the phone she heads up to her apartment

Lydia: I cant believe your doing this after 5 months of shit your going to your brothers just like that.

Hansel: I have to its not what you think

Lydia: No you always say that its not cute no more! Every time we have time to hang out you make up some kind of

story just to leave.

Hansel: You know your paranoid, it'll be for two weeks im helping him with his project

Lydia: project? really ok so when your done then what because I cant keep hiding you from the lease so now what?

Hansel: I cant even talk to you.

( heads to the door )

Lydia: were are you going?

Hansel: I have to go run a errand be back later maybe you'll cool off

( he walks out, and she goes and sits in the living room throwing her mail)

Outside the mailman is delivering the mail and Alex is outside waiting with his golf club

Alex: Hi im having some trouble with tennet in 1225. That's on the 8th floor.

Mailman: let me see, nope nothing today why?

Alex she says she hasn't got anything for a week.

Mailman: Ummm, ok well shell have to go and check with the post man about that

Alex: ok but the problem is why her mail box key is working its scratched or something

Mailman: is this the mail key?

Alex: yes

Mailman: ( while putting the key in) look it works, now shell have to go down to the post office to check on it ok?

Alex: ( grabs the key ) fine thanks

Scene 2

( Alex is taking notes while listening to music, ) noises in the background ,

( Hansel walks in)

Hansel: Hello I mean hi are you busy?

Alex: yeah in a way the city wants me to get this done so they don't have another fit over the building , why whats up?

Hansel: Me and Lydia had another fight, I just don't want this to spill ove to you.

Alex: ( laughs) shes ,y ex its not hoing to spill over

Hansel: were still thinking about separating the lease, you know. She wants some freedom and I just ...I don't know if it happens again I just might leave for good.

Alex: is your credit the issue?

Lydia: Shes making everything a big deal but if you can help out,

Alex: ill see what I can do but I cant promise anything

( IN WALK HANSEL AND LYDIA UP STAIRS IN THE HALL WAY LEADING INTO THE FOREGROUND OF THE LIVING ROOM)

Lydia: Listen there's been three threats to shut us off what was I suppose to do?

Hansel: oh yeah you look like your really worried what was that , I had two calls from the credit card company saying you went on a shopping spree

Lydia: that's bullshit! ( she threw the bags at the breakfast bar)

Hansel: bullshit huh? ( lifts the credit bills) , speaking of bills when did you tak a trip?

Lydia: that's my personal business not yours

Hansel: you know what im tired ,

Lydia: what the hell dose that mean?

Hansel: ( picks up his stuff) were off!

Lydia: ( huffing and puffing) sits with the bills next to her and holds her head down

( UP STAIRS THE MS MILLS IS WALKING IN WITH HER KIDS)

Ms Mills: ( on the phone) thank you ill look into that, ( hangs up)

Kids; can we watch tv?

Ms. Mills: yes

( walking to her room in the back of the room)

( SHE PICKS UP ANOTHER LETTER)

Ms. Mills: ( reads)

Dear Lilly

I cant believe its been twomonths since weve seen each othe. You told me that at times you would forget were you come from. I never thought you would not just call me like you did. I found you in the white pages, along with 20 other Lillys. You make everything so easy once I found you. I knew it was you with the exact address and cute little name you used next to yours. I would be happy if this is all we can do is write each other but you know that I want more. I want you. That day ater the summit, it wasn't just business was it you satyed the night and we had so much fun. Theres a lot about me you don't know my business and affliates, but mostly that one night dosent explain our connection.
