Greetings from the beautiful Silver Coast in Portugal! Happy to part of this global network. My first interaction with Stage 32 was the AMA the other day and I was pleasantly surprised to see the global reach of this platform. After retiring from a 30-year career in international business, I took the plunge last year and decided to put all my energy into screenwriting. I began drafting my first full-length feature screenplay in January and got to what I hope is a solid third draft now. I also just completed the first draft on my second screenplay this week. Yay! And I'm starting to develop an idea for a third screenplay as I balance moving the first script along, completing the second script and networking within the industry. Glad to be here.

I have an old Mac with screenplays done on Final Draft, I purchased a PC this time around and am wondering if there is a way to export them to another software program that works on PC and if so which one would you recommend? Thanks!

Been working on writing some screen plays and have two in 2nd draft status. I go over them and try and see if I made any mistakes but sometimes I feel like sometimes my dialogue might be the problem. I posted my scripts to Amazon Studios but you don't get much feedback there from the site or people on the site. So figured I would try to see what tips anyone has for writing dialogue.

Hi! I've been living in Spain for 21 years (originally from Britain). I worked as a script supervisor in the Spanish TV & Film industry before having kids, and then sidestepped into running children's theatre workshops. At the moment, I'm building an open-air theatre in a small mountain village near Granada. in the south of Spain. This summer, we restored an old stone corn threshing circle - this is going to be our stage, and if all goes well with the rest of the funding (the local mayor's office has just agreed to sort this), we're building the seating around it next spring to turn it into an ampitheatre. The dream is to start a theatre festival... Starting small next summer and hopefully growing fast!
