SYNOPSIS:

Mariah Awad was a highly decorated detective with the Houston Police Department when she was betrayed by her fellow officers, set up, and dismissed from the department while in the midst of a battle with cancer.

Abandoned and betrayed by those she trust, Mariah seeks out cases for those who's voices may be silenced or for those who's cases may be buried by those who betrayed her.

Three years later, she's confronted with a chance to redeem her own name. Will she be able to do so or will she once again find herself having to pick her battles.
