Do you know a good book on the semiotics of theatre or theatre as a sign system? I have one but it is not quite ticking the box for me.

Darren A. Furniss

I know of three which helped me for my dissertation. 'Theatre as Sign-System', Elaine Aston and George Savona. 'The Semiotics of Theatre and Drama', Keir Elam. 'The System of Objects', Jean Baudrilland. Hope this helps :)

Talullah Windmill

Thanks, I think I have one of them somewhere. :)

Who would you cast?

Who would you cast for a mid-twenties female lead? Money and genre are no object. I thank you for your thoughts.

Timothy O'Brien Johnson

Casting to get big-budget funding and make bug-budget box-office: Kiera Knightley or Dakota Fanning (even though she's only 18, she can do it and act rings around any competition!), Also, Gabourey Sid...
