A Colombian cartel kidnaps the family of a U.S. Navy Engineer in order to force him to build a fleet of drug-running submarines.

SYNOPSIS:

A ruthless and highly organized Colombian drug cartel wants to open up an underwater drug highway right onto the doorstep of America. Their plan is to transport enormous shipments of cocaine using sophisticated drug-running submarines. There is only one problem, the cartels need someone to build the submarines for them and they need a professional. To achieve their goal, the cartel decides to kidnap the family of a highly regarded U.S. Naval engineer in order to force the engineer to build a fleet of submarines that will get the job done.

In a desperate attempt to save his own life and the lives of his family, the engineer forms an unlikely alliance with a down and out FBI agent whose own son is dying from drug addiction.
