TIME FORWARD TRILOGY
By John Yarrow

GENRE: Science Fiction
LOGLINE:

A genetically engineered time‑agent and a reluctant 21st‑century AI prodigy race through a collapsing wormhole to stop the terrorist spark of a global Purge War, battling rival time travelers, corrupt AIs, and their own haunted pasts before humanity’s future—and another world—are wiped from existence.

SYNOPSIS:

In the mid‑23rd century, humanity survives in crumbling domed cities on Earth, Mars Colony, and scattered space stations after the Purge War of 2098 scoured the planet and left the future on borrowed time. The last, desperate hope is the Time Forward Project, which uses a deep‑space anomaly called The Worm and a small cadre of genetically enhanced agents to jump back into key moments of history in an attempt to prevent the war that destroyed their world. Standing against them is the Kepler faction, a militarized off‑world power determined to stop any alteration of the past and instead claim a distant, inhabited planet—Proxima‑B—for human expansion, even if it means wiping out its native species.

By the final book, the anomaly itself is collapsing, an alien armada has turned humanity’s own fleet against it, and a nanite‑possessed future Chen‑Yi seizes control of the Time Forward program just as the last defenses around Earth fall. Kristen, Hunter, and Kants must mount a final, near‑suicidal incursion into the Time Forward Platform to seize The Worm, sever the aliens’ access, and make a single, irreversible play: destroy the anomaly before the first jump ever occurs, resetting history and erasing the lives—and relationships—they have fought to preserve. The trilogy closes on a re‑written present where war was averted and humanity flourishes, but only a scar on Hunter’s cheek, a statue in a future park, and the quiet presence of a black‑wolf avatar hint that somewhere, in a discarded timeline, three broken people once saved the world and paid for it with the only futures they knew
