SYNOPSIS:

I.T.F - Intelligence Task Force - an elite law enforcement joint task with the mandate to investigate complex cases. FBI, DEA and SWAT officers assigned to I.T.F are in the middle of a major investigation resulting in the loss of an important CI. When I.T.F realizes their CI has been killed, their only lead brings them to Cedar Creek, a small town north of New York City. The investigation comes to a roadblock.

NYPD “Rookie” RYAN is requested by family friends to investigate the mysterious disappearance of their daughter AMY in Cedar Creek. NYPD informs Ryan they have no jurisdiction leaving Ryan alone. Ryan finds an unexpected helper after issuing a speeding ticket to FRANK; a retired CIA Field Ops specialized on high-risk covert rescues and former I.T.F. trainer. Frank sees in Ryan what he was 30 years ago, an upright and honest person.

Using deductive reasoning, following different leads, Frank helps Ryan discover the mystery behind Amy’s disappearance in Cedar Creek. Amy's friend AMANDA and her troubled ex-boyfriend MIKE; a local drug dealer, kidnapped JIMMY, the son of a major I.T.F target. In retaliation they kidnapped Amy.

At this point I.T.F realizes their main target responsible for the killing of their CI, is behind Amy’s kidnapping. They are aware that Amy will die as soon as Mike delivers Jimmy in exchange for cash and drugs. Following several leads, Frank helps I.T.F to pin point where Amy is being held hostage. In a dramatic gunfight in an abandoned warehouse, Amy is freed with the help of Ryan.
