Dick Grayson moves from Gotham City to New York and goes to Manhattan University, and he meets five other teenagers at Manhattan U and be-friends them and they become heroes just like him and they have defeat Dr. Light and Two Face.

SYNOPSIS:

Dick Grayson moves out of Wayne Manor and out of Gotham City and he becomes his own man and he moves to New York City and he goes to college at Manhattan University and he meets five teenagers who he be-friends and gets to know them. And as the story goes on some of the teenagers start to gain super powers and become superheroes as time goes on and one girl is disguised as a normal human girl but she later revels to have orange skin and red hair and is from a different planet. And Dick finds out that Harvey Dent/Two Face is also in New York City and teaming up with Arthur Light/Dr. Light and they plan on destroying New York City and blow up the city. Dick with the help of his new friends Garfield Lorgan, Victor Stone, Donna Troy, Rachel Roth, and Katherine Robson(Who is later reveled to be Koriand'r/Star Fire and to be from the planet Tamaran) they all have to team up and stop Two Face and Dr. Light from destroying New York City. And they build Titans tower as well and the rise of the Teen Titans has begun!!!!!!.....
