A little girl name Penny is kidnapped by Medusa and her henchman Snoopes. And she is being held at an evil and very creepy looking river boat in Devil's Bayou in New Orleans, Louisiana. Penny not only tries to escape from the evil location. But she drops a message in a bottle that ends up in New York City. As the bottle is in New York City, it gets found by a young man who works as janitor at the United Nations building name Bernard. And he finds it on the ground, As Bernard is going home he meets a rescue aid society agent name Bianca on a city bus and helps her find Penny. Little do they know, an evil organization run by Medusa has a lot of thugs all most everywhere in the United States of America. And also Bernard and Bianca find out that Medusa has access to almost every security camera and that she is spying on almost every citizen in the country and it was how she was able to kidnap Penny in the first place. Bernard and Bianca end up going on a very dangerous and very deadly and very violent mission to save Penny and take her back to New York and back to the Orphan edge. And at the same time they have destroy the Devil's eye diamond before Medusa uses it for her evil plan to brain-wash every American citizen to go crazy destroy every part of American culture and turn the country in a communist hell hole.    

SYNOPSIS:

A girl name Penny from New York is being held captive by Medusa who is an evil woman that has the power to spy on almost every America and she has her own terrorist organization. Penny tries to escape from the devil's bayou river boat and ends up escaping but before doing so, she drops a message in a bottle and the bottle ends getting into the hands on a janitor that works at the United Nations building in New York City name Bernard who keeps the message and the bottle. But later in that day, a rescue aid society agent name Bianca meets Bernard on a bus and Bernard tells her about the message and Bianca decides to team up with Bernard and Bernard works with Bianca. But little do they know, Medusa and Snoopes have a lot of evil thugs everywhere in United States of America that spy on people and kidnap people if necessary. And Bernard and Bianca fight a lot of thugs that are working for Medusa and they end to JFK airport and meets a pilot name Orville and he files a re-built and re-modeld Supersonic transport jet and Bernard and Bianca fly in the jet. But as they do this, they are under-attack by more thugs that are flying fighter jet airplanes and they end up crashing in Alabama and they are found by Evinrude and Luke Mae and they go to a house that is owned by Rufus and they finally meet Penny in person and know more things about Penny. But in doing so, Bernard, Bianca, Penny are ambushed by Medusa and Snoopes's thugs and are held at the boat. Later in the story as they are in the cave as Penny needs to get the devil's eye to give Medusa but Bernard takes the devil's eye and Bernard tries to steel the devil's eye from Medusa and to never give it to her which sparks a big time confrontation/fight scene between Medusa fighting both Bianca and Bernard. And Bernard and Bianca end up destroying the devil's bayou. but the drama and suspense is not over yet as back in New York City, as Bernard is at a fancy party at the empire state building, Bernard finds out that Medusa is alive and finds out that Medusa killed Penny's adopted parents and Penny runs away and Penny is on the run in New York City and more thugs and bad guys from Medusa's organization. And Penny ends up climbing one of the buildings in New York City and Bernard and Bianca try to rescue Penny help her climb down. But as this happens Medusa strikes back and kidnaps Penny and a car chase happens as Bernard and Bianca are chasing Medusa around New York City and they chase her all the way to the Pawn shop in the city. And in the final climax, Bernard and Bianca fight Medusa and Snoopes and Medusa uses the devil's eye diamond to transform into a deadly snake monster and her ultimate evil plan is to brain-wash everyone into hating America and hating the United States and wants people to be turned into snake monsters including Penny. Bernard and Bianca end up killing Medusa and Snoops but Penny ends up getting a virus from the machine that Medusa built and around the end tragically, Penny is sent to an underground medical facility in Vancouver, BC where she can get treatment and more advanced medicine and also because Medusa has more control over the surviance and her thugs are everywhere and the United States goverment want to keep Penny safe. And they don't know if Penny will be better or cured and they don't know if she will ever get adopted and Bernard and Bianca find out that Penny may have to spend her childhood in the facility intel she is 18 and so adopting in the future is going to be out of the question. Around the end of the story, Bernard and Bianca go to see Penny at the facility in Vancouver and talk to her and Penny even though she will never be legally adopted, she treats Bernard and Bianca as if they were her real parents because they saved her from Medusa. And at the end, Bernard and Bianca go back on Orville's supersonic transport jet and they fly back to New York City knowing that Penny is safe.

And the story itself is a very violent, dark, bloody, and gruesome, thrilling, live action and action packed re-imagining of the 1977 movie by Walt Disney Pictures.
