Claude's life as a spirit hunter is upended when an evil ghost from the past abducts the love of his life and transports her into the world of a museum painting.

SYNOPSIS:

Claude du Vert Canard is a spirit hunter for the secret organization Obscura.

He tracks and destroys evil spirits and frees innocent ones that have become bound to historical works of art through traumatic mistreatment and civil upheaval.

Many great works of art from the past were commissioned by wealthy upper-class elitist, monarchy, and despots. Those works of genius art were created by poorly treated and underpaid craftsmen and artisans.

Because of the severe trauma to the soul, a part of the spirit of both artisan and noble become trapped in the work of art created. Those evil spirits of the elitists who mistreated their fellow man go on to haunt the painting and those unlucky enough to come too close.
