An obsessively organized IRS auditor is bitten by a caribbean vampire and is transferred to the SRS (Supernatural Revenue Services) where he hopes to holds back the chaos threatening to break out each week through carefully filed paperwork and attention to the ins and outs of the bureaucracy.
