A seasoned sergeant tries to teach a rookie how to survive long enough to gain experience, but the cocky rookie will have to learn the hard way.
SYNOPSIS:
Sarge tries to convince Rookie there's no such thing as routine stops and he should learn from every call. You don't gain experience for just showing up. He tries to warn him there are things he can't prepare for. Rookie being a third generation cop, knows it all and is prepared for anything. When a traffic stop goes bad, Rookie will learn first hand, but it might be too late.
