I am currently in 2 of the trailers for David O Russell's American Hustle, which opens in theaters Dec 18th. If anybody want to do some press for the film, I have some stories to tell! I play mobster Jerry Catone. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IKKMTeaP160...

I just saw the film tonight. You sir deserve a drink for being in a really REALLY good film. And kind of giddy seeing your mug on screen. LOL Great film. Be proud that this is on your resume. Cheers.
Did you have a speaking role?

The next book in the award-winning. gender-empowering series, "A Trip for Mrs. Claus," is set for publication in May. I own all the rights -- and, one day, I'd sure love to see this series be developed into an animated Christmas special. If anyone is interested, send me a message! :-)

Expand postHi Jenine, Big congrats on your book! I also am on the verge of publishing my first children's book -- "The Santa Switch" -- as a solo author. I also write memoirs and have two clients' books I'm currently writing and helping them to publish this fall. After researching for many months, I came to the conclusion that on-demand printing serves a great purpose--especially for those looking to sell to a few hundred copies at most to friends and family--but if you want to self-publish and retain all the rights to your book, as well as keep a much higher share of profits, a traditional publisher may be a better route. (For example, you can't sell your book straight out to independent book and other "brick and mortar" stores through CreateSpace; they have to be sold through it, which turns a lot of book stores off. In theory, you can sell books in front of a grocery store, but that is it. Don't get me wrong--CreateSpace is great for the "right" project. In fact, I may use it for one of my clients. But, my plans are for my children's book(s) to go global and I don't want pre-set limitations to that.) If you're interested, here's a link to my book's FB page: https://www.facebook.com/#!/TheSantaSwitchChildrensBook and my book's official website: http://www.jessicaclaus.com/ Anyway, that's my two cents, for what it's worth. Best of luck with your book! :-) Cheers, Laura
Your book is interesting! I'll check for more updates soon. Thanks for the info...I hope I can manage to self-promote my book!
