A fourth generation mailman struggling to live up to the family name must keep his blood-sucking, middle-class black family and widowed mom from driving him nuts. 

SYNOPSIS:

Michael Benjamin is a fourth-generation mailman on a mission: To step out of his father’s shadow, ditch the family business, and become his own man. But, when his super-cynical and newly-widowed mom, Renae (also known by the nickname “Mamma Nae”), moves in until she can get on her feet, her need to control Mike’s life and his household leads to an epic clash between two titan: Mamma Nae and his spend-thrifty trophy-wife, Cherry. With three adolescents to complete their on-the-fritz family, Mailman Mike must do everything to keep his entire Clan from Going Postal.

when i read the logline, "the driving him nuts" part was what I was wanting more detail from...it didn't really sound that grave but when I read the synopsis about his controlling mom--i totally got it!
