SYNOPSIS:

ZACK RAMIREZ, (30’s) son of a Latino dad and Black mom, is a pilot in the Navy Air Force. He embarks on a secret mission over Ukraine and is shot down with two other pilots. Barely alive, he is rescued by a mysterious band of Gypsies. They decide to use their magic powers and turn him into a werewolf, in order to save his life.

Zack's goal is to find and rescue his pilot friends. In this new world, he must adapt first, then search for them afterwards. He wants to go home, but the need to help the freedom fighters as they fight genocide is overwhelming.

The humorous pilot finds kinship and romance with the Gypsy Princess, KENYATTA DUMAS (20’s). An intelligent, beautiful, yet compassionate freedom fighter who believes in Zack’s potential to help them stop genocide and talks her father into giving him the power of the 'Warrior Wolf'. She then teaches him, ‘the tricks of the trade’.

The Gypsies themselves are werewolves and they graphically describe how they fought the Nazis during WWII, protecting themselves and Jews, by using this deadly gift. They also happen to be descendants of famous Black/French Author, Alexander Dumas.

They give Zack a history lesson about genocide in Europe, show him the mass graves and help him to use his powers to rescue the innocent victims of Putin's war in Ukraine. Together they fight the Russian killing machine and its blood-thirsty General. A massive battle between werewolves and Russian soldiers allows Zack to show his battle skills and defeat the murderous troops.

Later, in an ironic twist, Zack finds that "he himself" was an intended victim of ethnic cleansing by his self-hating, Hispanic ADMIRAL (60’s), who sent him on this mission - which he was not supposed to return from. A proponent of ‘colorism’ (discrimination within an ethnic group based on skin color), he despises Zack's appearance and attitude, ... although he is a fellow Chicano. In the end, Zack and his new powers, pay the Admiral a visit and turn his own dog (that he abuses), into a tool for Zack's revenge.

AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN UKRAINE
