In an alternate history, a film maker with a short fuse is tasked with creating a documentary about a homeland started by Marcus Garvey that is now a global super power.  The film, illegal in the U.S because of anti-CRT laws – causes American president, Jeffrey Epstein to try and hunt him down, which also endangers the documentarian’s family he is finally learning to cherish and also - Garveyland’s peaceful existence.
