To solve the murders, Detective Sanders must find a pimp, Raton, and the addict, Pinky. But the killers are policemen and they want Sanders dead. The only ones that can help him are a gay bar owner, a hyper, absent-minded forensics expert from India, and his one-eyed, three-legged dog, Lucky.
