Later, Quetzal sneaks away and has sex with a servant and has a dream about the devil clothed with their offering pearls. Quetzal awakens, only thinking that it was only a dream.

Filling a few pages, Dre returns to her daily life, feeling like she's getting somewhere.

The next day, Dre returns to hear more.

Quetzal marries a prince and has sex with him for the first time.

Angelica entices Dre with the idea, driving Dre to go to Rusty and have sex with him. While Dre sleeps, Rusty sketches from Dre's notebook. He hides the drawings, wanting it to be a surprise.

On the third day, Dre returns but is taken on a field trip to a modeling runway. There, Dre models for an agent but the agent has other ideas for Dre. In the bathroom with Dre, the agent decides to take advantage and have sex with her. This upsets Dre and causes her to not feel safe. She returns to Rusty's where Rusty picks up her daughter Ella. Rather than go home, Dre and Ella spend the night with Rusty.

On day four, Dre returns to Angelica's house.

Quetzal has a son, but the prince knows that he can't be the father. He accuses Quetzal of adultery. Out of defense, Quetzal stabs him to death.

Back at home with Ella and Rusty, Rusty and Dre spend the night together again. Shortly after, Rusty returns home to sketch more drawings. While he prepares to go to sleep, the bodyguard prepares to choke him with a towel.

On day five, Dre returns to hear the rest of the story.

Rather than face execution for killing the prince, Quetzal drops off a cliff to her death, while her soul is claimed by the devil.

Angelica shows Dre the proof she needs when she shows her a heirloom room filled with murals. From her family tree to her, Angelica reveals that there was a Quetzal that Dre killed, and she was Angelica's sister.

Across town, Ella is nearly stung to death by bees.

Angelica drops the bombshell to her and Dre rushes to be by Ella's bedside.

At the newspaper building, Angelica is now in charge and has Dre's former editor, Paul, call her. Dre leaves to meet up. Workers inform Dre that Rusty is dead and that leaves her shocked.

Short notice comes when Angelica is the new editor. Wanting nothing but to humiliate Dre more, Angelica orders Paul and Dre to get nude and have sex in front of her. Not wanting this to be done without other's watching, Angelica livestreams it. Satisfied with the outcome, Angelica leaves. Feeling emotional and upset, Dre wants nothing to do with Paul until he tells her that there is someone that can help. Angelica's older brother, Nicholas. Dre meets up with him but is nearly shot down because Angelica will not listen to him. Not wanting Dre to suffer more, Nicholas gets her a lawyer and does everything to keep her losing Ella to social workers. At his best attempt, Nicholas tries to persuade Angelica from hurting Dre anymore. Knowing someone snitched on her, Angelica ties Paul up and has sex with him while his wife watches. On the verge of divorce, Paul commits suicide.

With her life torn, now facing an eviction, Dre decides to go to Angelica's mansion and kill her. Disguised to fit in, Dre finds Rusty, alive. About to escape, Dre injures him with a butter knife but not killing him, letting gravity kill him instead. He falls onto his back, causing him to die. Angelica finds Rusty dead and a predator Dre on her trail. Angelica overpowers Dre, about to kill her before being shot by Nicholas.

With his last goodbye to his sister, Nicholas makes his farewell well making his last attempt to reason with her. No luck but a goodbye.

Days later after the chaos Angelica has caused, Angelica has been banned from being in America and is moving to Spain.

With Dre taking over editor and chief, she makes one last attempt to get a statement from Angelica but is given a rude gesture. Rather than let it go, Dre decides to go after Angelica. Their last fight on the deck of a yacht. Dre overpowers Angelica and is about to strangle her but has a vision of herself as she sees Lucia plead for her to stop. Angelica now free.
