A female detective, thrust in the wake of a serial killer targeting female twins, must face the abduction of her own twin sister and wreak justice on the killer reportedly dead for 25 years.

SYNOPSIS:

The entire state of Louisiana is terrorized. Several women have disappeared and they are all twins. The mounting evidence is confusing at best. The killer stages the abduction sites like a child at play. Hand-painted cards with mysterious symbols depict violations of the Ten Commandments. The cards taunt police investigators at every crime site. Shiloh Fitzpatrick, New Orleans police detective is trying to protect her own twin sister. Shiloh, has strange visions, her twin sister has the power to interpret them. Then, Shiloh’s sister is kidnapped. Can Shiloh find her sister before it’s too late? Then wreak justice on the morbid killer who has now been reported as dead for 25 years?
